We have a wide range of customers. Besides humanoid robots and robotic dogs, our clients include surgical robots, exoskeletons, collaborative arms, and AGVs. We also have many customers in the IC and semiconductor equipment sector, manufacturing equipment such as wafer handling machines, dicing machines, die bonders, pick-and-place machines, and probe stations. Our third largest customer group comes from the military industry, particularly manufacturers of turntables and motion simulation equipment. We also have customers in optoelectronic tracking equipment, pods, drones, and shaftless pumps; and many in the medical equipment sector, such as equipment for pathology slides. Our products can be used in almost all fields involving precision motion control.

For overseas customers, we generally provide online technical support. Since our products are industry-standard, many debugging issues can be resolved online. This is one of the reasons we are developing distributors; we expect our distributors to provide localized debugging services.

Yes, we have an electronic manual. The manual includes wiring and interface definitions, product dimensions, and usage precautions. We also provide 3D drawings of the product.
We strictly adhere to the 6S management system. Every outsourced PCB board is inspected, and only those that pass inspection can proceed to the next assembly stage. After each assembly, the board is inspected again to ensure quality. After assembly, the product undergoes testing, and those that pass enter the product aging process. Finally, conformal coating is applied, and the product is stored. Before delivery to the customer, we conduct another inspection to ensure that all products leaving the warehouse are qualified. Additionally, based on customer requirements, we conduct temperature shock tests to select products that can withstand low temperatures. We also perform vibration tests, primarily to simulate product stability under bumpy conditions.
