Outsourced SMT PCBs undergo inspection of each PCB layer before assembly and soldering to ensure each layer is intact and defect-free. The assembly process strictly adheres to the "assemble, inspect" principle, with each assembly followed by an inspection phase to ensure the finished semi-finished product is flawless.
Finished products undergo dry ice cleaning and aging tests before being coated with conformal coating. A final inspection is performed before delivery to the customer to ensure every delivered product is in good condition. For customers with low-temperature and vibration requirements, we also conduct thermal shock and vibration tests.
