DC servo drive: High performance, miniaturization, empowering embodied intelligence and high-end equipment

Recently, JINGYUE KUNSHAN TECHNOLOGY LTD. The SEA series drives are currently in mass production based on 100V and 200V low-voltage DC platforms, supporting almost all DC motors, compatible with mainstream magnetic, inductive, optical, and capacitive encoders, and supporting both absolute and incremental dual feedback modes. The product adopts a high-performance architecture of DSP + FPGA, featuring outstanding advantages such as high linearity, wide bandwidth, and high response, and can easily meet the requirements of high precision and high dynamic response in motion control.

In terms of miniaturization design, the SEA series drives achieve extreme volume compression, making them suitable for integration in scenarios with limited space, such as humanoid robot joints, integrated servo motors, and integrated joint modules. Jingyue Technology stated that products with 400V, 800V high-voltage direct current and 230V, 380V alternating current platforms have also entered the research and development schedule. It is expected that a complete line of micro servo drives will be formed within 1-2 years.

In terms of quality and reliability, the SEA series drives strictly follow the 6S management system and have passed SGS certification. Taking the SEA1-80A model as an example, its MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is not less than 50,000 hours. During the production process, the product undergoes multiple rigorous procedures such as dry ice cleaning, aging tests, three-proof paint application, high and low temperature shock and vibration tests, ensuring its ability to adapt to complex industrial and outdoor environments.

In terms of market performance, Jingzui Technology has currently served over 1,000 domestic customers, established partnerships with 90% of the manufacturers of embodied intelligent devices, and supplies drive products to 90% of radar turntables and motion simulation equipment manufacturers. The company is also a core supplier of the well-known "Machine Wolf" company. Its ring drive products have performed on par with international in tests conducted by overseas customers， and have even demonstrated superior heat dissipation performance.

Jingyue Technology not only offers high-performance drive products, but also has established a complete pre-sales - in-sales - after-sales service system. In the pre-sales stage, the team precisely selects the products based on the customer's project requirements and motor parameters. In the in-sales stage, the ERP system and the QC team track the order progress and the test pass rate in real time.
