Production equipment
The core equipment for coreless motors revolves around coil production. Therefore, winding fabrication is paramount and determines the performance of the coreless motor. We have developed and designed fully automated winding equipment based on the winding type.
The second step is pressing the wire sheet; the third step is winding the wire sheet into a coil, forming the coil shape; finally, it is baked at high temperature to set the shape, completing the coil fabrication.
