Installation sequence
Rotor Installation:
① Fit the encoder rotor onto the motor shaft and position it correctly;
②Use DP460 adhesive to securely bond the encoder rotor plate to the shaft sleeve.
[Note]:
1) If the rotor height requires adjustment, perform the tightening step only after the adjustment is complete;
2)To prevent the screws from loosening, apply thread-locking adhesive to the threaded holes beforehand or use pre-coated screws.
The recommended tightening torque is 7 ± 0.2 kgf·cm.
Stator Installation:
① Place the encoder stator onto the mounting surface and align the four screw holes;
② Using a Phillips torque screwdriver, drive in the four screw assemblies one by one
[Note]: To prevent the screws from loosening, apply thread-locking adhesive to the threaded holes beforehand or use pre-coated screws. Recommended tightening torque: 2.8 ± 0.2 kgf·cm.
