The SEA C68 circular High Precision DC servo drives are in the SEA MOTION circular series. Like all SEA MOTION series products, it utilizes a DSP+FPGA architecture. This architecture offers exceptional data processing capabilities. The SEA C68 supports EtherCAT or CANopen bus communication protocols and various mainstream encoder feedback. In terms of digital inputs and outputs, the SEA C68 features 6 digital input ports and 2 digital output ports.
The SEA C68 has an outer diameter of 68mm and a hollow structure. The product is divided into three layers. The bottom layer contains the power module, which houses the power components; the middle layer contains the drive module; and the top layer contains the control and communication modules, along with various interfaces.

The SEA C68 has a bus rated current of 1-80A, a continuous effective current of 0.7-56.5A, and a maximum continuous output power of 5600W. The BOM for the SEA C68 is identical to that of the SEA 1-80A. Regarding encoder feedback types, the SEA C68 supports feedback from absolute encoders, incremental encoders, Hall effect sensors, analog signals, and resolvers. Like the SEA 1-80A, the SEA C68 also supports incremental + absolute dual feedback or resolver + absolute dual feedback.
Like all SEA MOTION series High Precision DC servo drives, the SEA C68 can be applied to almost all high-end manufacturing fields. It features a hollow toroidal design, a maximum bus current of 80A, and a maximum continuous output power of 5600W. The SEA C68 supports various encoder feedbacks, has IO and STO interfaces, and supports ambient temperatures as low as -45°C.
