SEA1-80A Micro Dc servo drives boast an extremely compact size and high power density. This egg-sized drive can continuously output up to 5600W of effective power. It features a sampling frequency of 10kHz, 6 digital inputs, and 2 digital outputs. Its rich interface supports almost all encoder feedback, including incremental and absolute dual feedback, as well as resolver and absolute dual feedback.

The SEA1-80A Micro Dc servo drives can be applied to almost all fields. Its ultra-small size, ultra-high precision, ultra-high current capacity, and strong versatility are the advantages that the SEA1-80A drive brings to the product.

This is a motion control solution from JINGYUE Technology based on SEA dc servo drive and an 8mm flange servo motor, which has been widely used in die bonders.

The SEA DC servo drive employs a DSP+FPGA architecture, which endows the product with unparalleled high-speed response and powerful data processing capabilities. We used a Renishaw laser interferometer to test the control accuracy of the SEA DC servo drive, and the results show that the SEA DC servo drive performs excellently.

The SEA series of DC servo drives currently includes square series 1-80A, 140A, 210A; and ring series C49, C68, C81 (with hollow outer diameters of 49mm, 68mm, and 81mm respectively).

The rated currents of the SEA1-80A DC servo drive are 1A, 3A, 6A, 10A, 15A, 25A, 50A, 70A, and 80A (80V).

The rated voltages are 100V and 80V. However, we recommend that you use the rated supply voltage to power the driver, and that the maximum supply voltage should not exceed the values

in the table.

The voltage and current figures mentioned above refer to the voltage and current of the power supply bus. In reality, the voltage and current reaching the phase lines will be less than the values

at the bus line.

When selecting a drive product, the parameter "effective continuous current" must be taken into account.

The maximum continuous output power of the SEA1-80A is 5.6 kW.

Product structure and process


SEA 1-80A dc servo drive consists of five parts: a power module based on an aluminum-based heat sink, a drive module, a control module, a communication module, and an interface board.

We outsource our surface mount technology (SMT) work to well-known SMT factories. We inspect each layer of the PCB to ensure the SMT semi-finished products are intact. Then, we assemble, rivet, and solder the power board and driver board, and inspect them again. Only the semi-finished products that pass the inspection proceed to the next process, where the control board is installed and soldered onto the assembly module.

This means that our products undergo a total of 12 inspections from a single PCB to the finished product. These inspections are not random checks, but mandatory checks.

The products also need to undergo aging tests, extreme temperature tests (if necessary), pre-warehouse testing, and pre-shipment testing.

The power supply and motor wiring method is determined based on the current. If the current is less than 25A, we use quick-connect ports. If the current is greater than 25A, I solder wires for the customer.


We provide our customers with the necessary cables for product debugging.
