The SEA C81 circle smart micro servo drive is the largest product in the SEA MOTION circle series. It utilizes a DSP+FPGA architecture, resulting in extremely powerful data processing capabilities. The SEA C81 supports EtherCAT and CANopen bus communication protocols and various mainstream encoder feedback. SEA C81 motion modes include: electronic gear, electronic cam, proportional linkage, and point-to-point; programmable protection features include: position error, overcurrent, overvoltage or undervoltage, I²t, output short-circuit overload, and other comprehensive protection functions; a pulse response frequency up to 2MHz; digital filtering; RS232 serial interface with a baud rate up to 115KB; and CAN2.0 local area bus, compatible with CANopen DS-402, with a baud rate up to 1MHz.

The SEA C81 has a bus rated current of 70A, 80A, and 140A, a continuous effective current of 49.5A, 56.5A, and 99A, and a maximum continuous output power of 11kW.
Like other SEA MOTION series products, the SEA C81 supports feedback from absolute encoders, incremental encoders, Hall effect sensors, analog signals, and resolvers. It also supports dual feedback, either incremental + absolute or Hall effect + absolute.
In terms of data processing, the SEA C81 has a current loop bandwidth greater than a 4kHz closed loop, a current sampling time of 40-125μs, a current sampling rate of 25kHz, and a current commutation frequency of 3kHz.
Like all SEA MOTION series smart micro servo drives, the SEAC81 can be applied to almost all high-end applications. It features a toroidal hollow design, small size, high power, and supports most encoder feedback methods, including dual feedback.
The product boasts high bandwidth and linearity, with the SEAC81 offering a maximum continuous output power of 11kW.
